With Specialist Cancer Physiotherapist Olivia Core.

Our monthly Lymphoedema Support Group provides a safe, supportive space for anyone living with, or at risk of developing, lymphoedema.

The group is ideal for people experiencing early signs of lymphoedema, those at higher risk, or anyone wishing to better understand how to support their lymphatic health through movement, education and lifestyle approaches.

What to expect

Each one-hour session includes:

  • Short Educational Talk – An introduction to key lymphoedema topics, such as early warning signs, risk factors, and practical self-management tools designed to help you understand your body and feel confident taking proactive steps.
  • Expert Q&A – Your opportunity to ask questions about symptoms, management, and day-to-day care. Olivia offers evidence-informed guidance tailored to the needs of the group.
  • Movement Demonstrations – Gentle, guided movement sequences that support lymph flow, ease discomfort, and help you reconnect with your body in a safe and manageable way.
  • Supportive Group Discussion – A space to learn alongside others, share experiences, and feel part of a community of people who understand what you’re going through.
